Presence information
From the presence view, you can track whether people have already arrived at work or are absent. Presence information is based on each person's latest event registration. You will only see those persons whose information you have access to.

Columns
By clicking on the column header, most columns can be sorted in ascending or descending order. This allows, for example, to have all absent and present persons listed consecutively.
Status information
In: The latest entry is an arrival registration and it is less than 24 hours old.
Out: The latest entry is a departure registration, an absence day or an approved absence request.
Uncertain: The latest registration has no direction (e.g., project or work phase entry) or it is an entry registration that is over 24 hours old.
Time
Date and time of the event. If the event is an entire day absence or an absence request, the time is 00:00.
Latest event
Type of the latest event.
Additional entry
If there are work phase or project entries for the event, they are displayed here.
Identification unit
Information about which device the entry was made on or whether it was made via a browser. If the event was added manually, the identification unit is empty.
Location
In remote registrations, location information can also be saved for the event. If the location is saved, a location icon appears in the column, which can be clicked to open a map view.
Update interval
The view can be automatically updated at desired intervals by entering the desired number of minutes in the Update interval field.
If no update interval is specified, presence information will only be updated when the page is manually refreshed.
Printing
Presence information can be printed or saved in PDF format using the Print button.
