Door control
Door status monitoring
The status of locks and doors can be monitored in the door control view once the configurations are made.
If multiple buildings are configured in the system, doors are grouped by building in the view. You can select which buildings to display using sliders. Sliders are not visible if only one building is configured in the system.
The status of locks is displayed with icons next to each door. When you hover the mouse over the icon, the status is also displayed as text.
If door status sensors are installed, you can also see whether the doors are open or closed in addition to the status of locks.

Lock control
Locks for the selected door can be controlled by clicking on the door and the control button on the row, or by double-clicking the row. Door control requires that configurations for control have been made.

There are three types of control commands:
- Close door
- Open door
- Remove current control
Close door
Close door command locks the door.
Open door
For the Open door command, you also need to select the duration of the opening. There are three different options for the duration:
- Once, where the lock opens for a few seconds.
- For the time being, where the lock remains open until the next remote or calendar-based control.
- Until the end time, where the lock opens immediately, and you can specify a time after which the door will lock again.
Delete current control
Delete current control deletes the active control, causing the door to lock immediately. For example, when the door is scheduled to remain open until a certain time but the scheduling is no longer needed.
